LICENSE FOR USE AND DISTRIBUTION

The 4Movy MOV Converter is distributes as
try-before-you-buy.
This means:

1. All copyrights to 4Movy MOV Converter are
exclusively owned by NeSoft Inc.

2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of
30 days. If you wish to continue to use 4Movy MOV Converter, you MUST register.

3. There are 2 basic types of licenses issued for
4Movy MOV Converter, these are:

a. A SINGLE COMPUTER USAGE LICENSE.
The user purchases one license to use the
4Movy MOV Converter on one computer.

b. A MULTIPLE USAGE LICENSE.
The user purchases a number of usage licenses
for use, by the purchaser, the purchaser's
employees or accredited agents, on the same
number of computers.

Once registered, the user is granted a
non-exclusive license to use 4Movy MOV Converter
on as many computers as defined by the
licensing terms above according to the number of
licenses purchased, for any legal purpose. The
registered 4Movy MOV Converter software
may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
transferred, in its entirety, if the person
receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.
If the software is an update, the transfer must
include the update and all previous versions.

4. The 4Movy MOV Converter unregistered
trial version, may be freely distributed, with
exceptions noted below, provided the distribution
package is not modified. No person or company may
charge a fee for the distribution of 4Movy MOV Converter without written permission
from the copyright holder. 4Movy MOV Converter unregistered trial version may not be
bundled or distributed with any other package
without written permission of the copyright holder.

5. To register you must complete the registration form
and send it, with registration fee, to one of the
authorized registration sites - see the file order.txt.

6. 4Movy MOV Converter IS DISTRIBUTED
"AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR
OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS
OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING
OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

7. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease,
sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program,
or any subset of the licensed program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized
use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

8. Installing and using 4Movy MOV Converter
signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of
the license.

9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 4Movy MOV Converter files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

Restrictions:
* You may not sell, license or distribute copies of the Software on a stand-alone basis or as part of any collection, product or service where the primary value of the product or service are the Software.
* You may not use or distribute any of the Software that include representations of identifiable individuals, governments, logos, initials, emblems, trademarks, or entities for any commercial purposes or to express or imply any endorsement or association with any product, service, entity, or activity.
* You must indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Nesoft Inc. from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorneys' fees, that arise from or result from the use or distribution of Software as modified by You.
* Nesoft Inc. respects the rights of artists and film companies, and the proper use of the software does not violate those rights. You cannot copy DVDs in order to sell or give away copies, or for any commercial purpose.
* Nesoft Inc. discourages any attempt to copy rented DVDs. It is illegal to make a copy of a DVD for most purposes other than your own personal use. Nesoft Inc. respects the rights of artists and film companies, and asks that You do the same.
* Using the SOFTWARE will create backup copies of DVDs. The copy will be an archival backup copy of a DVD, created solely for the private and personal use of the owner of the DVD from which it was made. Federal copyright laws prohibit the unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exhibition of copyrighted materials, if any, contained in the archival backup copy. The resale, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of the archival backup copy is strictly forbidden. We ask you to respect the rights of copyright holders.
